What we collect
When you complete the scorecard, we collect the answers you provide, your calculated result, your name, email address, optional organisation and optional communication preference. Contact-form messages contain the details you enter. We also count basic, non-identifying website events such as starting or completing the assessment.
Why we collect it
We use this information to calculate and deliver your scorecard, respond to enquiries, understand whether the assessment is useful and, only when you choose it, send occasional AI Builders updates.
Where it is processed
Assessment submissions are processed on the website server. A copy of the result is emailed to you and a lead notification is sent to AI Builders. Submission records are held in a server-protected directory that is not intended to be accessible from the public web.
Retention and sharing
We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for result delivery, community communication and legitimate administrative records. We do not sell your personal information. Service providers involved in hosting and email delivery may process information on our behalf.
Your choices
You can complete the scorecard without consenting to ongoing marketing. You may ask to access, correct or delete information associated with your email address by contacting builders@olab.org.za.
Security and limits
We use input validation, protected server storage, rate limiting and transport-security rules. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not include confidential client information, passwords or private source code in assessment responses.
